Versatile powerhouse actress Rashi Khanna has elevated her look in the upcoming Tamil film ‘Aranmanai 4’ with the song ‘Achacho.’ Now, the ‘Warrior’ actress has revealed the amount of hard work it took to achieve the toned body she is seen flaunting in the song.

Emphasizing that there are no shortcuts for fitness, Rashi said, “I work hard, I will continue to do so, and I won’t let myself go. Even on days with shoots lasting 12 to 16 hours, I make time for my workouts. I wake up early, sleep early. I’ve been following this routine for many years. I’ve done a lot of weight training with split routines and circuits for this song. My idea wasn’t just to tone up. Besides, when you’re trying to look a certain way, nutrition plays a crucial role. I followed a weight loss and spinach diet a week before [shooting]. But I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s not healthy in the long run.”

She further said that on normal shooting days, she follows a very healthy diet with “cheat meals on Sundays.” Rashi’s dedication to achieving a toned body for a song is a testament to her commitment to her craft. An actress who has garnered immense love from audiences for her powerful performances in films like ‘Madras Cafe’ and ‘Warrior,’ she is ready to tickle people’s funny bones in the horror-comedy ‘Aranmanai 4.’

In the actress’s pipeline is ‘The Sabarmati Report,’ where she will be seen sharing screen space with Vikrant Massey. The film, in which both actors play the roles of journalists, will be released in theaters on August 2, 2024. Rashi is also eagerly awaiting the release of a Hindi film ‘TMI’ and a Telugu film ‘Telusu Kada.'”
